It looks like there will be no messy divorce here as it is reported that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes have already reached a divorce settlement.
Holmes’ attorney recently confirmed that things have been settled and are moving forward, states People. “The case has been settled and the agreement has been signed. We are thrilled for Katie and her family and are excited to watch as she embarks on the next chapter of her life,” Jonathan Wolfe commented.
No details about the settlement are being released, but it is believed that their daughter, Suri, will live with Holmes while Cruise will have many visitation rights.
